How To Tricep Dips for Corrective FHP/Upper Cross Syndrome - Strengthen Rhomboid & Lower/Mid Trap Exercise & Left Hamstring.
Here is a creative way to strengthen all the postural muscles of the upper body in one exercise.

The purpose of this exercise is to get Lower Trap and Tricep on the right side while correcting forward head posture. This exercise is also excellent for strengthening the rhomboid and mid traps. Please note: Do not strain your neck while doing this exercise. So respect the range of motion of each shoulder blade when performing this exercise.

DIY QUICK CROSSFIT KNEE TAPING BY Dr. Rocktape. How well do you know kinesiology taping? Would you like to learn a quick way to do it yourself?  In this video, I will show how you can tape a knee for any type of events and sports.

This taping is awesome if you are a training in the gym doing deadlifts or any exercises involving a pulling/squatting motion. Its also an amazing way of helping your knee recover from an injury.

This video is 5 minutes but I didn't leave anything out in case you are new to the practice. Rehabilitation taping has two phases. First you must apply the stabilizing 1-2 strip with NO STRETCH! Then the 3-4 strip which is called the compression strip with 50% stretch or less.

Taping is an art form. You will need practice but im sure you will excel at it very fast!

L'exercice d'aujourd'hui Comment faire un «SERRATUS SQUAT» modifié (pour les personnes ayant des amplitudes de mouvements limitées)

Aujourd'hui, nous travaillons avec Pierre-Luc Hammond (bodybuilder - 2e place Québec ouvert en 2016

1 - Mettez vous debout face à un mur avec vos pieds écartés largeur des épaules et les pieds droit en avant.
2 - Ramener les deux coudes au niveau de l'épaule, puis les deux bras à un angle de 90 degrés
3- Gardez vos paumes face à face et pressez vos coudes dans le mur.
4 - Garder vos coudes pressés dans le mur, faire une rétroversion du bassin légère et commencer votre  squat en pliant vos genoux.
5- Sans laisser vos bras se déplacer, continuer à s'accroupir jusqu'à ce que vos genoux touchent le mur. (Notez qu'en raison de la souplesse de Pierre-Luc, nous ne sommes pas allés jusqu'au mur) Ne laissez pas vos talons sortir du plancher, vous devriez sentir les muscles sous vos omoplates et sur le devant de vos cuisses s'engager.
6- Maintenez la position pendant que vous prenez quatre à cinq respirations profondes, par votre nez et par votre bouche. Essayer de remplir ou d'agrandir votre dos à l'air à chaque inhalation.
7- Détendez-vous et répétez quatre autres fois.

Cet exercice renforce et corrige toutes les faiblesses d'une omoplate droite élevée. Voici des directives générales
1- Prenez un haltère sur la main droite et une bande de résistance sur la gauche.
2- Rétrovertir le bassin 5-10 degrés
3- Rotation interne du bras gauche pendant que vous respirez
4- Pendant que vous expirez, ramenez le bras gauche en position de départ et appuyez sur l'haltère vers le haut et vers la ligne médiane pour renforcer le grand dentelé droit 
5- Répéter 4-5 répétitions pour 1set

Voici un autre truc cool pour vous aujourd'hui. Je vous ai montré comment obtenir la mobilité dans le cou, genou et épaules. Aujourd'hui, il s'agit d'obtenir une mobilité complète dans les pectoraux et le grand dorsal.
1-Il suffit de s'allonger sur un rouleau en mousse et de faire une rétroversion légère de votre bassin.
2- Le premier mouvement consiste simplement à exécuter la lettre «I» en tirant vers le haut et vers le bas en maintenant l'étirement pendant 5 à 7 secondes.
3- Répétez ensuite la même procédure en effectuant un "Y" et un "T".
4- Cette séquence peut être répétée jusqu'à trois séries pour obtenir une amplitude complète de l'articulation ou selon les besoins.

How To: Foam Roll Stretches (Kyphosis) - Increase Mobility for Full Upper Body ROM in 1min ! In this video, I will show you use a foam roller to increase upper body mobility in the shoulders, pectorals & latissimus dorsi. This is also an excellent exercise to increase dynamic stability.

Note: This exercise should not be done if any impingement is felt!

*GETTING FULL ROM USING A FOAM ROLLER BY DOING THE (I,Y,T) STRETCH*

Here's another cool trick for you instagramers today. I've shown you how to get mobility in the neck, knee and shoulders. Today is all about getting full range of motion in the pectorals and latissimus dorsi.
1-Simply lie down on a foam roller and gently tilt your pelvis in.
2- The first movement is simply performing the letter "I" by reaching out and down holding the stretch for 5 to 7 seconds.
3- Then repeat the same procedure while doing a "Y" and a "T".
4- This sequence can be repeated up to three times to get full range of motion or as needed

LA POSTURE ... un monde de possibilités! (PARTIE 1)
En 2015, je me suis lance dans une des plus grandes aventures de ma vie. J'ai décidé d'apprendre autant que possible sur les façons d'obtenir une restauration posturale complète. Mon premier contact avec la posture fut un spécialiste et créateur Biotonix Sylvain Guimond en 200. Il était le premier homme à m'instruire sur la façon d'utiliser la posture pour aider le réparer les blessures.

Puis vint la seconde phase qui était aussi fascinante en utilisant la méthode CHEK Institute en (2007). La technique consiste à ramener l'équilibre entre le noyau interne et externe tout en utilisant les muscles toniques et phasiques pour recalibrer une posture. Les résultats étaient très bons et ont réparées les blessures de beaucoups de mes clients.(Maux de dos et des douleurs aux épaules)

                                                         

Le voyage se poursuivit en 2011 avec l'adaptation de Thomas Myers, Anatomy Trains. Cette méthode est très intéressante car nous utilisons des poses de yoga pour ramener l'équilibre dans la posture à travers les lignes myofasciaux et méridiens. Les résultats sont excellent!

L'année dernière, j'ai pris l'étape suivante à l'aide de l'Institut de restauration posturale, ramenant l'équilibre dans mon diaphragme et finalement j'ai entièrement retrouvé la mobilité et le mouvement dans mes articulations. Mes épaules ne sont jamais senti aussi bien! 
                                                       

Cette année, je suis dans l'appentissage de la posture par la motricité des yeux, le système vestibulaire, cicatrices, membres plus courts et de positionnement de la mâchoire peut influencer la posture. Résultats.... Parfait!

À notre clinique, nous utilisons tout ces méthodes et les résultats parle d'eux mêmes!

MAîTRE dans tous les métiers OU MAîTRE dans votre domaine?

Intéressant nouvelles ces dernières semaines. Le grand défi est toujours comment intégrer les nouvelles connaissances aux existante. Puisque le corps humain est composé de différent aspects sensoriels, tous les spécialistes ont quelque chose à contribuer a l'être humain. Le travail clinique est toujours intéressant parce que vous ne savez jamais comment un corps va réagir à un certain type de traitement. La semaine dernière, j'ai essayé des nouvelles connaissances pour renforcer et régler des dysfonctions posturaux au niveau des omoplates qui n'ont pas été d'accord avec mon corps. Malheureusement mes épaules du a des problèmes d'empiètements (AC impingements) et une  déchirures du labrum antérieures(gauche) aiment refaire surface!

Ma force dans la salle de gym est que j'aime essayer de nouvelles connaissances et de voir les résultats sur mon propre corps avant de l'essayer sur un client. Un des nouveaux exercices a blessé mon épaule droite. Ce qui me conduit à croire que je besoin de plus de connaissances sur le sujet et comme mon professeur m'a toujours dit , Il faut parfois creuser plus profondément dans le trou du lapin!

Donc, l'accent principal sur cet article aujourd'hui est devrait-on devenir un maître dans tous les métiers connexes a son milieu ou maître dans son propre domaine? J'ai beaucoup de respect pour tout le monde dans le domaine de la posture et la réhabilitation qui maîtrisent leur métiers à la perfection et font une différence dans la vie de quelqu'un. Je crois aussi que tous les thérapeutes devraient étudier un peu de tout pour accroître les connaissances et leur compréhension des problèmes avec de nombreux points de vue, mais ne devraient pas s'écarter trop loin de leur propre expertise. Voilà pourquoi , il est important de bâtir un réseau de personnes fiables dans tous les domaines.

La ricerca di un piatto di stomaco potrebbe risiedere nella respirazione diaframmatica

Lo sapevate che la ricerca di abs piatta è più facile di quanto si pensi? Ecco un suggerimento per arrivare nella giusta direzione. Nei libri di anatomia di Thomas Myers,lo  linea profonda Front è una delle chiavi. La maggior parte delle persone tendono a respirare attraverso il torace spingendo gli organi sotto l'ombelico. Se volete una bella pancia piatta provare la respirazione diaframmatica.

Ecco cosa fare:
1.First a mettere un schiena sul pavimento con indumenti larghi
2.Put una mano sul petto e uno sul vostro stomaco. Stephane Andre come un maestro allenatore mi ha insegnato a pensare ... '' sabbie mobili '' e lasciare che la tua mano sulla pancia per essere come un peso che affonda!
3.Inspirer attraverso il naso o attraverso le labbra serrate (per rallentare prendendo inspirazione ed espirazione).
4.Quando la vostra ispirazione, spingere l'addome / stomaco e sentire il tuo crescere lo stomaco sotto la mano.
5. scadere le labbra serrate per controllare il rilascio dell'aria mentre si stringe lo stomaco come un cilindro.
6. Prendere una pausa e ripetere.


Ora è il momento di portare i organi verso il basso:

1-Put sulla schiena con le gambe 90 gradi rispetto alla larghezza dei fianchi e piedi contro un muro.
2 Effettuare una estensione dell'anca spingendo contro il muro e eseguire  una respirazione diaframmatica e tornare alla posizione di partenza
Pausa 3.Take e ripetere.

Ora i tuoi organi sono più alti, godere di un ventre piatto e sano!

The postural restoration Institute is a technique that utilizes the diaphragm to correct postural deviations. These techniques are efficient and can fix many problems in the human body such as lower back pains, knee pains and shoulder pains.

How-To Build/Stretch The Lats & Chest Combo(EASIEST STRETCH EVER!)  At Gym or Home. First of all, let me start by saying that this stretch SHOULD NOT be used by people with shoulder impingements. So people with AC Joint Impingements beware! Now that this out of the way, I will demonstrate in this video how you can stretch your chest and back for optimal results in the gym or at home.  This Stretch is called the '' Latissimus Hang Stretch''.

Remember that the purpose of stretching is to have full ROM before working out. It is said that to obtain an optimal pump on a muscle, you must have 90% of the muscles original length. So for upper body  buffs or bodybuilders this stretch is for you! Enjoy!

Ti senti annoiato di fare cardio sulla stessa tapis roulant tutti i giorni? Mai sentito parlare di formazione Fartlek? Fartlek è un termine svedese che significa '' gioco di velocità ''. Il suo un modo divertente per cambiare il modo di vedere cardio e un ottimo modo per ridurre lo stress sul medesimo comune a causa di più l'utilizzo dello stesso pezzo di attrezzature cardio.

Ecco un esempio di come eseguire un "programma cardio Fartlek".


Vai a un parco o una zona remota con i multi livelli e Plainfields. Iniziare la sessione cardio con una veloce passeggiata per 5 minuti quindi passare il passo per una corsetta leggera. Mantenere il ritmo per 5 minuti quindi passare ad un comodo passo di corsa per i prossimi 5 minuti. Da questo momento in poi, semplicemente divertirsi con la velocità / ritmo per il resto della sessione cardio. Non solo si ottiene il godimento puro fuori dalla tecnica, ma si potrebbe trovare se stessi sudare molto più del solito. Questa tecnica può essere utilizzato su qualsiasi pezzo di attrezzature cardio o presso il più vicino parco o sentiero natura santuario.

UN MOYEN FACILE POUR ACTIVER LE VASTE INTERNE!

Voici une astuce pour activer le vaste interne dans les gens qui sont dominant dans les quadriceps. Cette astuce m'a été donné par Bob McAtee. Ensuite, faites l'extension avec l'amplitude disponible en appuyant avec une légère pression sur la cuisse intérieure près de votre genou, faire 2 séries de 15 répétitions. Méfiez-vous si vous avez hypermobilité ...éviter de bloquer le genou en extension complète car cela n'est jamais une bonne idée! Avec plus de stabilité dans votre genou, c'est le temp de faire vos squat...

Cet exercice est un mouvement de restauration postural classique. Ceci est probablement le mouvement le plus puissant que j'ai jamais vu dans ma vie en ce qui concerne la respiration diaphragmatique. L'ensemble du concept repose sur apportant de l'oxygène vers la droite diaphragme qui est plus grande de 33% sur le côté droit. Ce mouvement peut fixer toute entorse à l'épaule sur le côté gauche. 1-Vous étendre sur le dos avec vos pieds à 90degrees sur le mur avec un "ballon'' de 4-6 pouces entre vos genoux
2- Faire une Retrovertion votre bassin de 10 degrés vers le haut tout en appliquant une pression sur les deux talons pour soulever le bassin du sol. Ne pas appuyer dans le mur
3- Lever le bras droit afin d'inhiber le (dos)latissimus dorsi
4- La respiration par le nez que vous vous sentez le côté droit de votre paroi moulée et à la poitrine élargir
5- Expirez par la bouche Gentillement et rappelez-vous de ne pas respirer par le cou, mais à travers le diaphragme.
6- Répétez quatre à cinq respirations et un à trois ensembles au besoin.

Note à tous, cet exercice est effectué en utilisant un ballon, mais mon client ne peut pas gonfler un ballon pourtant si je lui faire pratiquer sans un.

Ceci est un deadlift assez standard. Cet article a pour but est de démontrer des éléments clés dans réadaptation des  connexions neuronales avec des points de référence dans le corps.

La première chose que vous remarquerez, est le placement des pieds lors du démarrage de son deadlift. Dernièrement sur YouTube, ce qui a été connu comme des squats asiatiques.

Le deuxième point à remarquer de référence est la poignée droite de supination de la main. Son épaule droite étant en rotation vers le haut, ce grip est excellent pour renforcer dans une rotation vers le bas autour de la faiblesse des muscles qui omoplate.

Et enfin les deux derniers points de référence clés. Comme il effectue ses représentants, il se concentre sur les points de référence dans ses pieds. Sur son pied gauche, il doit se concentrer et pousser dans le talon . Alors que sur son pied droit, il doit se concentrer sur une poussée intérieure Arche utilisant le bord interne de son pied. Ainsi la création d'aucune rotation controlatérale ou ipsilatéral tout en effectuant son deadlift.
