Powerful Yoga Breathing exercise - Fixing Forwad Head Carriage, Hunchback Posture & Kyphosis.This is a short video that indicate how you can instruct your client how to belly breath in less than 30 seconds. It's an excellent exercise to fix forward head posture & common shoulder impingement when bad posture is an issue.

This exercise can be given at the end of a session a cool down and also to relax your client his/her workout.
