In this video, I have filmed a live session with a client fixing one of the most common shoulder impingement problem in the gyms today.
This type of posture is often seen when people put ongoing demands (pattern overload) placed on upper extremity for reaching  or overhead activity.

2-Excessive upper thoracic kyphosis,
3-Weak serratus, middle trapezius , lower trapezius
4-Overdevelopped upper rhomboids, levator scapula & anterior neck
