People today like to overuse this bodybuilding technique until the physiological load becomes too big on their nervous system. So here is a tip to get amazing results without the pitfalls. Next time you use drop sets, perform all your previous sets without going to failiure & only use one drop set a the end of the exercise. This can be done on all your exercises of your training session.
