REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER SKIP BREAKFAST!

HERE ARE 2 QUESTIONS I WAS ASKED THIS WEEK:
Q:Should i skip breakfast to lose weight?
A:NO!
Skipping breakfast is like eating too many carbohydrates. First your cortisol will skyrocket & then you might experience symptoms of headaches, anxiety & jittery just to name a few. Inevitably you will lose lean muscle tissue in the process. Tudor Bompa recommends that 25% of your daily calories be taken in the morning at breakfast. 

Q:Should i skip breakfast and go train on an empty stomach to burn fat? 
A: NO! (Althought there are many school of thoughts on this matter, here is what i was taught!) 
Why? Simply because the body is in a starvation mod and when the person binges after the workout, he or she is more likely to store fat easier due to the metabolism that is lowered and the body to counter act this effect will eat lean muscles tissues to sustain itself. This answer could be seen as controversial as a workout speeds up your metabolism for the next 4 hours. Nevertheless, i would not recommend it enless your trainer recommends otherwise for particular reasons...
