Myofascial Stretching using "YOGA" for relaxation & pain release

Yoga is a powerful tool to relax from a hard day's work or fix posture. Before we start making a routine, you must know the basic principles. You must first examine your posture. Simple questions:

1- Are my shoulders pulling the front or the back?
2- Is my lowerback naturally arched or flat ?
3- Is my left shoulder/hip higher or lower then the right side?
4- My feet positioning, internally or externally rotated?

As you can see, its important to chose your poses wisely!
So let start with a basic routine for your classic kyphosis/lordosis posture:

Step 1: release the Front and/or Back Superficial line.


Step 2: release the left or right lateral line.



Step 3: release the Upper and/or Lower Spiral line.
