DAVINCI CURLS ... A STRETCHING SAMURAI EXCLUSIVE FOR MASSIVE BICEP PUMPS!
For all you fans of arm day, here is an exercise i baptised DaVinci Curl. DaVinci teaches us that biceps must be done in axes of the arms. To find your position, simply stand with arms relaxed at your side then show your palms like picture number one. Then whatever you have to do even if it's a barbell for the functional trainer, flex the elbows in the axe of the arms as shown in pictures 2 & 3. The pump is amazing!
