1- No Heat (up to 120 F) ; flax,Borage,Cod liver oil.
2-Low Heat (up to 212 F);Sunflower,Safflower,Pumpkin oil.
3-Medium Heat (up to 325 F); Sesame,Olive, Hazelnut oil.
4-High Heat (375 F); Coconut, Ghee, Palm, Lard.
