THE FRACTIONAL PLATES SYSTEM for SIZE & STRENGTH

I love to use my Fraction Plate System to increase size and strength. Here is how it works:
Start with this philosophy, for every 5pds added to the bar , one rep is stripped off the first set. So with in mind, you will do 5 sets of 6reps.


SET 1: WARM-UP 10-12 REP
SET 2 : SET OF 6REPS WITH 7RM
SET 3: SET OF 6REPS WITH .25 PDS ADDED
SET 4: SET OF 6REPS WITH .50 PDS ADDED
SET 5: SET OF 6REPS WITH .75 PDS ADDED
SET 6: SET OF 6REPS WITH 1PDS ADDED- REAL 6RM

WEEK 1: USE FRACTION PLATES
WEEK 2: ADD 2. 5PDS EACH SIDE + FRACTION PLATES
WEEK 3: ADD 5PDS EACH SIDE+ FRACTION PLATES
WEEK 4: REEVALUATE 6 RM
