How to Stretch your Lats (FIX SHOULDER PAIN & IMPINGEMENTS!). In this video, I will demonstrate how to stretch your lats if you test postive on the ''ARM RAISE TEST''. The purpose of this stretch is to inhibit tight lats that are causing imbalances that could create scoliosis, shoulder tendonitis, bicipital tendonitis and much more.
