Functional Neorology using a simple Deadlift ...
*FUNCTIONAL NEUROLOGY USING A SIMPLE DEADLIFT*
This is a pretty standard deadlift. I made this video in order to show key elements in rehabbing & re-establishing neural connections With reference points in the body.
The first thing you will notice, is the foot placement when starting his deadlift. Lately on YouTube, this has been known as Asian squats.
The second reference point to notice is the right hand supination grip. His right shoulder being in an upward rotation , this grip is excellent to strengthen in a downward rotation weak muscles around that shoulder blade.
And finally the last two key reference points. As he is performing his reps , he is focusing on the reference points in his feets. On his left foot , he must Focus on an mid stance and heel push. While on his right foot, he must focus on an inner Arch push using the medial border of his foot. Thus creating no contralateral or ipsilateral rotation while performing his deadlift.

TRAITEMENT DE LA CAPSULITE ADHÉSIVE en 6 étapes
Astuce du jour: Aujourd'hui, nous allons vérifier un programme en 6 étapes faciles à réparer les capsulite adhésives. Avant de commencer, il est important de mentionner que si vous n'êtes pas sûr, toujours consulter un médecin! Aussi chaque étape doit être effectuée 6 à 8 fois par jour ou toutes les 2 heures. Chaque exercice doit être répété 10 répétitions. Assurez-vous que si une des étapes est douloureuse, seulement faire les étapes qui sont sans douleur.
Maintenant, voici les 6 exercices:
1-L'exercice de l'épaule en pendule
2-extension de l'épaule en permanent
3-La rotation interne de l'épaule avec une serviette
4-L'élévation de l'épaule couché
5-L'élévation de l'épaule debout
6- Le renforcement de l'épaule- isométrique en abduction debout.
Rappelez-vous que le traitement d'une épaule implique l'arrêt du sport ou salle de gym pour le temps que vous décidez de traiter l'épaule et j'encourager à essayer de tout l'exercice avec le bon bras avant de commencer le program. *EASY SHOULDER FIX FOR MOST COMMON SHOULDER IMPINGEMENT*
EXERCISE #1
To make this explanation "short " simply sit down on a 6" step with feet together.
¤make sure you are sitting on your sits bones.
¤ inhale through your nose in slowly blow out into the balloon.
¤ pause 3 seconds with your tongue on the top of the roof of mouth and take another breath in through your nose.
¤ slowly blow out again as you stabilize the balloon with your hand and make sure you do not strain your neck or cheeks as you blow. ¤ after the 4th breath in, pinch the balloon neck and remove it from your mouth and let the air out of the balloon.

1-Lie on your back feet at 90degrees with a 4-6" ball between your knees
2- Retrovert your pelvis 10 degrees upward while applying pressure on both heels to lift pelvis off the floor. Do not press into the wall
3- Raise right arm to inhibit latissimus dorsi
4- Breathing through the nose as you feel the right side of your diaphragm and chest wall expand
5- Exhale through the mouth Gentilly and remember not to breathe through the neck but through the diaphragm.
6- Repeat four to five breaths and one to three sets as needed.
Note to all ,these exercises are performed using a balloon but if your client cannot blow up a balloon yet, make him practice without one.

I wondered what to talk about today. This is the time where seasons will be changing. I see people getting sick everywhere around me. We are so ingrained in a pattern of training our body as hard as we can that we forget that we need to breathe sometimes.
So if you do feel tired right now, I challenge all of you to take a week off and do something that's not related to training at all (hockey, mountain climbing, hiking etc...) I bet 70% of you guys and gals won't even be able to do it! Let me know how you do on this challenge ;)

*THE SECRET OF UNLOCKING THE LEFT SHOULDER *
This exercise is a classic postural restoration move. This is probably the most powerful move I've ever seen in my life when it comes to diaphragmatic breathing. The whole concept relies on bringing oxygen to the right diaphragm which is larger by 33% on the right side. This move can fix any shoulder impingement on the left side. On my latest video on the new hoverboard series 2016, I show how you can read the battery indicator like hazard lights on a car.
If you ever buy a hoverboard , the actual running time is roughly 20 kilometers.
Here are the 4 light indicators you will see on a battery.
1-Green : indicates that you have a full battery and have an hour and a half of running time left.
2-Flashing Green: You have now done 10 kilometers and have 40-45min of running time left
3-Flashing Red to Red: you have now
About five kilometres left on your battery and a running time of 15 minutes left.
4-WIPEOUT! Let's hope you don't test this Theory....
