Reaction to Athlean X, Shoulder Pain & Popping ( SHORT & LONG TERM FIX!). In this video, I will demonstrate what Athlean X was explaining in his video. From mobilizing the scapula, increasing range of motion and integrating the rotator cuff muscles in his exercise. Although he did not mention the subscapularis, its very important to workout that muscle for optimal shoulder health in a rehabilitation routine when suffering from shoulder pain.
