How to Stretch your Quadratus Lumborum :Side Bend Test(SHOULDER & LOWER BACK FIX!). In this video, I demonstrate how to stretch your QL with a towel in the gym. The purpose of this stretch is to release the QL causing imbalances that could create shoulder, lower back & neck pain.
