How to Stretch your QL & OBLIQUES : Side Bend Test (FIX SHOULDER & LOWER BACK PAIN!). In this video, I demonstrate how to assess if your ql and/or obliques are tight with one easy stretch. The purpose of this stretch is to find out what is causing imbalances that could create shoulder, lower back & neck pain.
