Reaction to CT Fletcher Motivation: Shoulder Day With CT Fletcher. In this video, I will explain why CT Fletcher has no issues doing behind the neck press with his clients. I will also give you tips on how to increase mobility in the shoulders in order to perform behind the neck motions. Bear in mind, I prefer doing it to the front for many good reasons but I do like to show a safer version of this exercise to bobybuilders that insist on implementing it in their training programs.
