Bicipital Tendonitis: Understanding The Root Cause and Pathology, Stretches & Exercises(Part 1). In this video, I will explain one the root cause of a bicep tendonitis. Type 3 shoulder blades are often to blame due to a downward rotation and external rotation of the shoulder blade.

Tight Muscles: Latissimus dorsi , quadratus lumborum , pec minor, superior fibers of pec major, biceps tendon & levator scapular hypertonicity.

Weak Muscles: Serratus anterior, lower tarpezius

Please note that a bicipital  tendonitis treatment require a wide variety of exercises including stretching .
