*A big question on
peoples minds is what do i have to do to get a six pack? Well that is a
complicated one. Everybody is unique and should be treated as such. The
first step is to fix the posture and find the Lumbar curve. Why? It is the
only way to know if you need more flexions or extensions... Bottom line, Abs are
good but not for everyone!
*If you know what the
Lumbar curve(flexion and extension dominant) and you're correcting your
posture, it's time to check which abs exercises you are going to use. The first
step is to check the axial load on the spine and the difficulty level.
Remember to always go
for the weakest part first to the strongest part last. Meaning, always start
with the lower abs first followed by the obliques and finally the upper abs.
*To comment on having a
good core. Some people don`t know the difference between doing abs and doing
core work. The core is a whole system that includes inner (transverse,
multifidus, pelvic floor & diaphragm) and outer core conditioning unit.So
remember our body moves as a whole in any activity we do. Remember guys
like a famous quote:
If you isolate then you must integrate! Good abs does NOT give you a good core
