The Perfect Push-up Routine (Better Stability & Chest Symmetry). Let's face it , shoulder pain is something everyone will experience at least once in there lives. Among popular shoulder pains , we have shoulder tendonitis, bicep tendonits & AC joint Impingements, frozen shoulder just to name a few.

In this video, I will show you how to reboot the rotation of your trunc & then strengthen and/or rehab your shoulder complex before performing your bench press. The end result will be a better symmetry on your chest.
