Among popular shoulder pains , we have shoulder tendonitis, bicep tendonits & AC joint Impingements, frozen shoulder just to name a few.
In this video, I will show you how to avoid shoulder pain & impingements while injured on a shoulder by learning the ''Pin The Stack'' trick in order to increase ROM gradually.
