 Blackburn Exercises: Intergrating Prone Rotator Cuff & Rear Lifts (The Stiff Vs The Weak Shoulder).  In this video, I will talk about the difference between the stiff & the weak shoulder.  For many people , doing the blackburn sequence is a great way to rehab a shoulder but you need to address the stiff shoulder first to see if there is a lack of internal rotation.

To fix The Stiff Shoulder :

STEP 1- Manual Stretching

STEP 2- Sleeper Stretch or Side-Lying Cross Body Stretch

STEP 3-Internal Rotation activation or strengthening

STEP 4-INTEGRATE THE BLACKBURN SEQUENCE!
