Let's face it , shoulder pain is something everyone will experience at least once in there lives. Among popular shoulder pains , we have shoulder tendonitis, AC joint Impingements, frozen shoulder just to name a few. Many of these related issues are common in office jobs & daily life due to eye diseases & eye disorders.
In this video, I will show you how to use Divergence exercises to release stress & pain symptoms in the neck, shoulder & lower back. This routine can also be used to fix Hunchback posture and as prevention to the condition.
This system is great if your on the go and have little time in your day or can be used before and after a workout.
