In 2011, I did an amazing class with Robert McAtee at the Canfitpro in Toronto. It was simple and effective. The Shouldering the Load system will help you regain mobility in the scapulas and teach you how to maintain a perfect posture daily.

This routine can also be used to fix Hunchback posture and as prevention to the condition. This system is great if your on the go and have little time in your day or can be used before and after a workout.
