Coronavirus(COVID-19) - Keeping your Upper Body Gym Gains at Home. In this video, I show you how to use therabands & resistance bands to improve joint mobility and use active resting in order to improve and/or keep your upper boby gym gains at home while being self-isolated at home.
Step 1- perform the fist to fist test : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zurLnHBrJ1g
Step 2- perform the Quadruped External Rotation Mobilization: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fnhLADGA-is&t=1s ***15-20 reps on each side at breathing pace
Step 3- Perform the Sleeper Stretch/cross the body stretch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fiPBimWaxPk&t=1s ***1-3 sets of 20sec
Step 4-Perform the bow and arrow exercise: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uaYGVrU-G_A ***Do 10-12 reps on each side
Step 5- Strengthen the proper rotator cuff muscles : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V4nSYasYfzQ ***1-3 sets of 10-12 reps both half of the movement , not to failiure
